This website is a work of fiction, made as a private joke for two people. It is not a real organisation.
What this site is not
There is no International Back Sneezing Association. It was invented for this website and does not exist as a legal person, an association, a company, or a body of any kind, in Liechtenstein or anywhere else. It is not registered anywhere and makes no claim to be.
Everything on this site is invented: the standard, the certification, the examinations, the committees, the circulars, the errata, the studies, and the history. The events described as having taken place in 1996 and since did not take place.
The persons named as officers of the Association are invented. Any resemblance to real people is unintended. If you share a name with one of them and would prefer it changed, write to the address below and it will be changed.
The organisations named on this site as members, partners or bodies of any kind are invented and do not exist.
No affiliation
This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any real organisation, company or institution whose name or initials resemble the ones used here. No such connection is intended or implied. This includes any existing company sharing the initials used in the mark at the top of this page.
Nothing is sold
Nothing on this site is for sale. No fee can be paid and none is collected. The schedule of fees is part of the fiction. No goods or services are offered, advertised or provided.
No qualification is conferred. Any certificate arising from this site has no standing of any kind.
Medical and clinical matters
Nothing here is medical, clinical, diagnostic or veterinary information, and none of it should be treated as such. The seven-type scale described on this site is a joke built on a real clinical instrument; the real one is not this, and this is not it. For anything concerning your health, ask a doctor.
Data
This site sets no analytical or advertising cookies, uses no tracking, and loads nothing from third-party servers. Fonts and images are served from this domain.
The registration form sends what is typed into it to a private mailbox and nowhere else. Nothing is stored on this server, no database exists, and no record is kept beyond that message. If you have submitted the form and would like the message deleted, write to the address below.
